Hello:
My name´s Juan R. Suarez, and want to thank you all the work you have done with this presentation. Looks like many of the “classic” advices for training to gain muscle come to light, go reasonable, when you explain the role of cytokines in the process of muscle growth. It’s a great job!
How all these signals may produce “pain alarms”? How may inflammation degenerate to muscle pain? My wife suffers from fibrlomyalgia, and we both “believe”, after long eight years, that this illness has a lot to do with anomalous endocrinetical signaling, in the line you exposed how muscle “ask for” repair. Well, I know you said at the beginning of the presentation is not a medical advice, but this question comes to me during the viewing of the video…
Thanks again, Brad!
(I’ll keep tuned.)
Great theory, Brad. But why do many lifters believe that more weight
means more muscle tissue and strength? When they train 3-4 times per
week, most of them have 30-40 meals in the same week and therefore better chances to build fat Mass than muscle tissue.
Hi again:
One question: ¿Is there any medical test to track on those cellular markers? From all the references you’ve use in this ¿which is the most easy to understand how it works as a whole system?
